Let’s get you moved in.
Let Coldwell Banker’s Senior Advantage Program Partners assist you with the
pack up, delivery and set up of your furniture and belongings so you can start
enjoying your new home!
In cooperation with Senior Advantage Program Partners, listed and
described below Step 6 at preferred pricing, Coldwell Banker will help you
do the following:
• Assist you in deciding what furniture and belongings will fit into your
new home’s floor plan,
• Pack up all your belongings,
• Help you sell, donate and discard remaining items you no longer want
or need,
• Move your packed belongings to your new home, and
• Unpack your things and set them up.

Prepare your current home for sale.
Your house is one of the largest assets you own. Your assigned REALTOR®
will guide you in the house selling process and help get your house ready
to sell. This will include learning the advantages of adding an AHS Home
Warranty Plan and doing a pre-sale home inspection on your house.

Sell your current home.
Your assigned REALTOR® will also walk you through the entire real estate
transaction. This includes explaining the sales process, reviewing and
completing all necessary paperwork, determining the current value of your
house and selling your house.
As a program participant, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage will
award you with a cash rebate upon the sale closing of your house. The
following table is a sample of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s cash
rebate schedule for your reference:
