Initially, you will consult with a Real Estate Advantage Plus Consultant. The Consultant

then matches you with a professional real estate agent who specializes in your region
of choice and price range.
 
Throughout the entire home finding process, both the Consultant and real estate agent
serve as information resources and advisors to you.
 
The Consultant will:
 

  • Assist you in defining your housing needs.

  • Recommend an approved, qualified, real estate agent(s).

  • Provide professional home buying guidance.

  • Monitor your progress and satisfaction with the program.

 
The Real Estate Agent will:
 

  • Provide you with a tour of the communities you have selected.

  • Provide you with information on current trends in the new and existing housing markets.

  • Research the market and show you available properties.

  • Assist you with the purchase agreement negotiations.

  • Provide follow-up and coordination through to the closing of your home.
