Eligibility
To be eligible for the cash rebates*, you must follow these 3 simple guidelines:
GUIDELINE 1 - REGISTRATION
You must register for Real Estate Advantage Plus before speaking with a real estate agent or starting the home buyer or selling process. To register, you can call
(800) 525-3030. You can also complete the form located on the homepage, and a program consultant will contact you to complete your registration.
GUIDELINE 2 - BUYING OR SELLING
If you are interested in purchasing a home, the program is available as long as you have not engaged the services of a real estate agent or signed a buyer agency agreement.
If you are selling your home, the program is available as long as you have not engaged the services of a real estate agent or signed a listing agreement.
GUIDELINE 3 - APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDERS
You must close on the property through your matched Real Estate Advantage Plus agent.
*Void where prohibited. The following states prohibit broker rebates: Alabama, Alaska, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee. The state of Iowa prohibits rebates when the consumers use the services of two or more real estate brokers during a transaction. The state of New Jersey allows rebates for buyers only.
