You can receive significant cash rebates on the sale or purchase of your home—and a combined rebate if you do both—based on the sale or purchase price. You must register with Real Estate Advantage Plus and make use of an approved real estate company to be eligible for this benefit.

 Cash Rebates

When you buy or sell a home through this program, you are eligible to receive a cash rebate equivalent to 22% of the listing or purchase side commission (the side you represent). Please see the example below:

 

Home Sale/Purchase Price: $200,000

Action-Side Commission: $6,000 (assumes 3%)

Rebate to Team National Member: $1,320
