Can the program help me if I’m relocating

and need to sell a home in one city or state and buy a home in another city or state?

Yes, you may use this program for both the sale of a home and the purchase of a home,

as long as you are not participating in an employer sponsored move where you are already

receiving relocation benefits from your employer.

The ability to pay a cash rebate may be modified or prohibited by law in some states. Not valid on previous home sale or purchase transactions. Open to all members and their immediate families - parents, siblings, children - nationwide. Registration before speaking with a real estate agent is required to ensure eligibility for the rebates. The rebate amount is based on the purchase or sale price of the home. A rebate check will be sent a few weeks after the closing.
