How many times can you use the program and receive a cash rebate?

You may use the program as many times as you would like and as often as you would like.  

You will receive one rebate per transaction as allowed by state law.

*Real Estate Advantage Plus is a free, no-obligation benefit program offered in all states and Canada through Coldwell Banker Relocation. The ability to pay a cash rebate may be modified or prohibited by law in some states. Not valid on previous home sale or purchase transactions. Open to all members and their immediate families - parents, siblings, children - nationwide. Registration before speaking with a real estate agent is required to ensure eligibility for the rebates. The rebate amount is based on the purchase or sale price of the home. A rebate check will be sent a few weeks after the closing.
